Accessibility statement

Novus is being built toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Ontario's AODA website requirements apply to covered organizations according to organization type and size and reference WCAG 2.0 Level AA; our broader 2.2 target is voluntary where a stricter duty does not apply. Automated Axe checks are part of the release gate, but automation alone is not a conformance claim.
Implemented practices
Pages use semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable native elements, visible text alternatives for state, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and no colour-only explanation for core values. Production review includes keyboard, zoom/reflow, focus, contrast, and screen-reader checks.
Accessible formats and feedback
Request an accessible format or report a barrier at support@novusstreamsolutions.com. We will consult with the requester about a suitable format or communication support and will not add an accessibility charge where prohibited.
Known limitations
Imported source documents and third-party provider pages may not be accessible. Novus presents normalized text alternatives where available. Manual assistive-technology testing remains part of the production review.
