Novus Stream Solutions
Terms of use

These terms govern the Novus Restaurant public data site and free advanced beta. The service is operated by Novus Stream Solutions, a sole proprietorship trading as Novus Stream Solutions in London, Ontario, Canada. By using the service, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization whose workspace you use. Do not bypass provider controls, scrape prohibited pages, misuse cron or API routes, attempt cross-tenant access, upload unlawful or sensitive records, disrupt the service, or represent public data as your proprietary source data.
Public data and provenance
Market observations originate from identified third-party providers and remain subject to provider terms, licences, attribution requirements, revisions, and availability. Novus normalizes and aggregates records but does not transfer ownership or guarantee that a public source permits every downstream use. Always follow the linked official source.
Decision-support limitation
Values, changes, confidence, coverage, projections, recipe costs, supplier assessments, savings candidates, match approvals, and insights are informational decision support. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, procurement, nutrition, food-safety, or other professional advice. Units, currencies, levels, markets, dates, and provenance must match before a comparison is meaningful. A calculated or administrator-approved supplier match does not verify product quality, pack weight, availability, contract terms, allergens, or fitness for purpose and does not guarantee savings.
Accounts and submitted data
You are responsible for account security, submitted content, and required permissions and notices. You retain rights in authorized business data while granting the limited processing permission needed to operate requested features. Public availability, robots permission, or a successful fetch does not establish copyright, database, privacy, trademark, or contractual permission.
Availability and changes
Providers may delay, revise, remove, rate-limit, or change data. Novus isolates failures and reports degraded coverage but does not promise uninterrupted, complete, current, or error-free service. Features may change during beta, with reasonable notice where legally required.
Advertising
Public pages may display clearly identified banner or native advertisements when route, region, privacy signal, and consent rules permit. Advertising does not constitute Novus endorsement and is not included in authenticated, admin, legal, or error experiences.
Disclaimer and liability
The service and data are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novus Stream Solutions disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, provider delay, a data revision, or reliance on an analysis. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions; where they apply, these terms are limited to the maximum extent permitted and do not waive mandatory rights.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for unlawful use, security threats, provider abuse, cross-tenant access attempts, or material breach. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Notice, legal holds, documented retention, and applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived.
